3 WWE Superstars Who Should Become Zeb Colter Guys

3 WWE Superstars Who Should Become Zeb Colter Guys

Posted: May 31st 2013 By: mikeiles

Zeb Colter has helped Jack Swagger rise from jobber to world title contender when he debuted as Swagger?s manager. While Paul Heyman is introducing new Paul Heyman Guys to his clientele, it is time for Colter to add some more Zeb Colter Guys.

Superstars who join Colter and Swagger must fit well with their ?Real American? gimmick. They should be heels or babyfaces turning heel who argue against immigrants and are patriotic at heart. These Superstars who become Zeb Colter Guys may have weak mic skills like Swagger, or they may just need Colter?s help to reach the next level in the company.

Let?s take a look at three WWE Superstars who should become Zeb Colter Guys?Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow and Mark Henry.

Cody Rhodes

The son of the ?American Dream? Dusty Rhodes, Cody Rhodes would be a logical choice to join Colter?s Real Americans.

Rhodes has been one of the more underutilized Superstars in WWE. He had a great run as Intercontinental champion, and although it appeared as though his title loss could have been a set up to give Rhodes a Money in the Bank briefcase, it didn?t work out that way. Instead, Rhodes was then demoted to the weak tag team division.

Joining Colter?s stable could give him more opportunities to be showcased, in a singles or tag team competition. Speaking of tag team competition, his inconsistent partner and best friend Sandow could be joining him alongside Colter.

Damien Sandow

Although he possesses very strong mic skills, Sandow could use a stable to help him rise to a new level in WWE.

Sandow shows great potential in the ring and in his promos but has never been a consistent winner.

Shortly after debuting, he was placed in a tag team with Rhodes. It seemed as though they were going to win the tag titles at the Royal Rumble, but that is just when the losing began for Sandow. Since then, he has been jobbing to the likes of Sheamus and Randy Orton.

Joining Colter?s stable could be a win-win situation. Swagger almost never speaks in his segments, making him look even weaker. By putting Sandow in the group, Colter has another mouthpiece who he could share the load with.

Mark Henry

As an Olympic American hero, Henry would also fit with the All-American Swagger in Colter?s stable.

Henry has been the most successful Superstar of the three, being a former World Heavyweight champion. He had been unstoppable since returning in February until Extreme Rules, when he lost to Sheamus.

Although Henry is reportedly out with an injury now, joining a stable could ease the work he has to contribute when he returns. He could act as the enforcer of the group and be a better bodyguard to Colter than Swagger.

If you?re talking about Real Americans, Henry has to be part of the conversation.

Conclusion

Colter is one of the best talkers in the company right now and WWE should use this to its advantage. By giving Superstars who are lower on the card Colter as their manager, it could elevate them to the main event. If it worked for Swagger, it could work for just about anyone.

Team Rhodes Scholars deserve opportunities at midcard singles titles or even the tag team championships. Although The Shield has taken over most of these titles, Rhodes and Sandow belong in contention for them.

When Henry returns, he needs more of a direction. This time around he was destroying everyone in his path, but it didn?t lead him to the world title again.

Wouldn?t it be more impressive if more Superstars joined Colter in saying ?We the People!??
