11th Annual Harley Race Wrestling Camp This Fall

World League Wrestling proudly announces it?s 11th annual Harley Race Wrestling Camp. Established in 2000, this wrestling camp gives wrestlers from all over the world with many different levels of experience the chance to get advised by ?The King? of professional wrestling, Harley Race. 2011?s camp will start Monday, October 17th and end on Friday, October 21st. Following the conclusion of the camp, there will be a show on Saturday, October 22nd located in Eldon, MO. Participants of the camp WILL have a chance to showcase their talents depending on approval from the camp instructors and Harley himself.
This camp will feature not only the former 8-time World?s Heavyweight Champion, but also officials and wrestlers from Pro-Wrestling NOAH along with W.W.E. Pro-Wrestling NOAH is the sister company based in Tokyo, Japan.
NOAH has a long and outstanding working relationship with WLW and the Harley Race Academy that has led to many students going to wrestle/train with the Japan-based company. Past participants have included Keith Walker (former NOAH Tag-Team Champion), Brian Breaker, Superstar Steve Fender (Cauliflower Ear Club Future Legends Award Winner), Matt Murphy, Ace Steele, Daniel Cross, Jason Jones, Steve Anthony, and most recently former WWE Tag-Team Champion Trevor Murdock facing Pro-Wrestling NOAH Champion Takashi Suguira in a GHC Heavyweight Title match.
W.W.E. also has a great working relationship with World League Wrestling and Race?s professional wrestling school. Past participants of the world-renowned camp that have gotten signed to W.W.E. contracts include Ted DiBiase, Michael McGuillicutty, Ryan Tran, John Cone, Ace Steele, Richie Steamboat, and 3-Time W.W.E. Tag-Team Champion Trevor Murdock.
While the dates of the camp have been announced, the special guest(s) will be announced at a future date in the forthcoming weeks. Past guest trainers of the annual camp have included Ricky ?The Dragon? Steamboat, Ted DiBiase Sr., Japanese Wrestling Legend Kenta Kobashi, Naomichi Marufuji, Atsushi Aoki, Takashi Suguira, Go Shiozaki, KENTA, John Laurinaitis just to name a few.
Cost for this year camp is $500.00. This year, to reserve a spot you must mail one-half ($250.00) and the registration form to the address provided below.
