Hernandez, Hoyt, Flash, Mercedes coming to San Antonio

River City Wrestling presents a pro wrestling ?Super Show? on Saturday, January 8 in San Antonio, TX
River City Wrestling ? San Antonio?s brand of professional wrestling ? will hold an event on Saturday, January 8 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Activity Center, 1630 Goliad Road in San Antonio, TX. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and the doors open at 7:30 p.m. The event, entitled ?New Year?s Evolution 2,? is a RCW ?Super Show? as the promotion will be bringing in television stars and wrestlers known throughout the world.
Tickets will be sold at the door and are as follows: front row, all ages are $15; general admission, adults are $12; general admission, kids ages 4-18 years and adults with a military/student ID are $10; and children three years and younger are free. Advance tickets are online at rcw-wrestling.com, ticketmaster.com, or ticketweb.com. Advance tickets are cheaper than those sold at the door with group discounts also available.
VIP tickets are also available, and are as follows: $25 for front row, $20 general admission adults and $18 general admission kids or military/student ID. VIP tickets include a Meet n? Greet with RCW stars at 7 p.m., a free hot dog and soda ($3 value), a free 11″x17″ color poster ($2 value), and first choice of seating when the doors open at 7:30 p.m.
The main event will be a Triple Threat Match for the RCW Championship as Lance Hoyt (formerly Vance Archer in WWE) defends the RCW Title against Jax and Ray Rowe. This is a rematch from the December RCW event, but this time there is a catch? TNA/AAA superstar ?The Super-Mex? Hernandez will serve as special guest referee!
Another bout will feature two men?s wrestlers defending their RCW Tag Team Championship against two women?s wrestlers. San Antonio?s Most Unwanted (Joey ?Super Shot? Spector and Nemesis) defend their championship against former TNA star Alissa Flash and Mercedes Martinez. Recently, the publication Pro Wrestling Illustrated ranked the top 50 women?s wrestlers in the world (including WWE and TNA) and Martinez and Flash ranked in at #3 and #4 respectively.
In addition, fans will see The Karate Kids, ?El Mamacito? Ann Dromeda, ?King? Numero Dos, Weazy Woo and more!
