Two More ECW Champions Turn Down "Hardcore Justice" PPV

Chalk up two more former ECW Champions who will not be appearing at the TNA "Hardcore Justice" pay-per-view on Aug. 8.
Former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Shane Douglas has confirmed to FanHouse that he has turned down an offer to be a part of the show unless something drastic happens over the next week. All signs are that the show is being planned without 'The Franchise' being a part of it.
Douglas would have been a nice boost to the event since he was an integral part of the original ECW and helped put the promotion on the map during the mid-1990's.
Also, former champion Mikey Whipwreck stated on his Facebook page that he will not be at the show either.
"For the record, I have no intentions of doing the TNA PPV," Whipwreck wrote. "I'm happy for guys that are doing it but it's nice to see the little bingo hall company everyone 'blew off' back in the days as 'insignificant' is called upon every time business is in the toilet."
Steve Corino ? another former ECW Champion ? told FanHouse earlier in the week that he was not interested in being a part of the ECW reunion and was not contacted to be on it either since his intentions were well known.
Only two matches are known for the "Hardcore Justice" as of right now including a dream match between Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn as well as Tommy Dreamer continuing his longtime feud against Raven with Mick Foley as the special guest referee.
