For the first time ever, Wrestling Legend Hulk Hogan will tour Australia. His new event HULKAMANIA - Let the Battle Begin, will be playing arenas in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, November 2009.

Ric Flair has been coaxed out of retirement to battle Hulk Hogan in what may be the ultimate grudge match. HULKAMANIA will also feature some of the top stars of wrestling that compete all over the world including Brutus ?The Barber? Beefcake, Aumaga, Kishi, Black Pearl, Mr Ken Anderson, Shannon Moore, Heidenreich, Pimp Fatha, Brian Knobs, The Nasty Boys, Rock of Love, Orlando Jordan, Vampire Warrior, Val Venis, Stephanie Pietz, Koa-Marie, Jimmy Hart, Lacey von Erich, U Gene, Kiara Dillion, Paul London and more in the ultimate spectacular HULKAMANIA.

For over two decades the name Hulk Hogan has been synonymous with sports entertainment and professional wrestling. Having set live attendance records all over the world including a live gate of more than 96,000 fans at the Pontiac Silverdome, Hulk Hogan has set his sites on Australia as his next frontier.

Hulk made a quick visit to Australia last week and caught a few footy games while he was here.

?Australia is such a beautiful country with beautiful people,? said Hogan. ?My fans in Australia are so loyal, I am so glad that we can finally bring Hulkamania to them?

HULKAMANIA will also include state of the art production; the arenas will be plastered with large screens to show the audience what is happening back stage in between wrestling matches. The night will also contain audience participation, a huge pyrotechnics display and more.

From his early beginnings as a young wrestler training under the tutelage of the famed Hiro Matsuda who intentionally broke Hulk Hogan?s leg on his first day of training just to test his desire, Hulk Hogan?s larger that life persona and matching arms have turned the industry into the phenomenon it is today.

Also known as The Nature Boy, Ric Flair is among the most well known wrestlers in the world, and is one of wrestling's biggest stars. Flair was often popular with the crowd due to his in-ring antics, his cocky interview style, strutting and his shouting of "Woooooo!" The "Woooooo!" yell has since become a tribute to Flair, and is often shouted by the
crowd whenever they see Ric.

Unlike most professional wrestling tag teams, Jerry Sags and Brian Knobbs are childhood friends known as the Nasty Boys; The Nasty Boys defeated The Hart Foundation for the World Tag Team Championship and held the titles until 1991. BLACK PEARL His grace was born to wrestle. The aristocratic ?Count Of California? is a gifted athlete who mixes impressive size and strength with astonishing agility for a man of his size.

Kishi is one of the most popular and charismatic stars in the history of professional wrestling. He is a 3-time Tag Team Champion and a former Intercontinental Champion who has feuded with the likes of ?Stone Cold Steve Austin,? ?The Rock? and ?Kurt Angle.? The ?Samoan Bulldozer? Aumaga is prepared to run over the competition in Australia. This
seemingly uncontrollable savage loves to inflict pain on his opponents, and has left a large wake of destruction behind him thanks to his devastating and debilitating Samoan Spike. Darkness will spread in the arenas of Australia when Vampire Warrior?s sinister presence is made. Vampire Warrior formed a faction known as ?The Brood? along with ?Edge? and ?Christian.? The trio eventually became part of ?The Ministry Of Darkness? under the rule of ?The Undertaker.?
