Jim Ross joins the show and we start talking about the "Decade of Smackdown"
special. Jim doesn't know what to expect. Jim talks about his announcing and
said it's harder than most expect. He talks about what goes through his mind while
doing the announcing.

Jim is asked about what job he prefers in the WWE. He was Vice President of Talent
Relations as well as announcer. He talks about what he liked about the VP position
and why he doesn't do it anymore. At this stage of the game, he's happy being just
a talent.

Jim talks about the signing of Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness and thinks it
was well over due. He thinks they both have a lot of potential and could be great in the
WWE. He wished them both good luck.

We ask Jim if he can explain the ranking of WWE TV. That is Raw is the "A" show and
Smackdown is the "B" and ECW is the "C". Jim explains that Raw is the 'main' show
because if it's reach and availability to the fans. He explains as guys get better and
more popular they move up to the more exposed show. He said that Raw has been
the priority since back when he was in the booth with Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler.

Jim explained how the weight between the actual wrestling and story content is constructed for each show. Very interesting inner works of how the shows are developed.

Jim is asked about his thoughts on the new wrestlers on TV and if any have a look as
being a huge break out star. Jim explains that many young wrestlers are brought in too
early and they need to be seasoned more before they debut on TV. He's not big on naming
names and predicting but he understands the business needs them. The elements to
becoming the next big star are many and it's hard to tell.

Jim talks about the news that Bret Hart was willing to cooperate with WWE and maybe
make an appearance on WWE TV. Jim talks about being friends with Bret and he thinks
that Bret isn't looking for weekly work but maybe a guest appearance. Jim thinks Bret
would be great as a guest lecturer at FCW. He said maybe as a reoccurring role or
a sporadic guest appearance would work for Bret.
