Who Really Is X-Rated?

Who Really Is X-Rated?

Posted: Apr 28th 2009 By: CMBurnham

Ever since the beginning of SWCW, one team name comes to mind. That is, of course, X-Rated. Kevin James and Shane Sanchez were by far one of the most innovative tag teams in SWCW history. Together the Sanchez brothers won the SWCW tag team championships a record three times!

In the beginning of 2009, X-Rated began to drift apart. Shane went on to become a three time Hardcore champion and his brother broke new ground when he defeated 3rd Rail for the SWCW Heavyweight title via the superkick and became the first ever SWCW Triple Crown winner.

Lately. neither of the Sanchez brothers seems to be doing to well. In March, Kevin James was the victim of mathematics when he lost his SWCW Heavyeight crown to 3rd Rail in a Triple Threat match that also featured Kevin Morgan. Not only did he lose his gold, but he suffered from severe nerve damage in his back and was put on the shelf.

It seems neither brother is very lucky when it comes to beating the odds. Merely one month before Kevin lost his gold, Shane Sanchez was defeated by Kareem Sadat in a Fatal Fourway Barbed Wire Ropes match that also featured Damien Morte, and Maniacal Mike.

Now the only thing on the minds of the Sanchez brothers is "Who is Really X-Rated". May 2nd at the Underground Arena, we will find out when Shane Sanchez takes on his brother Kevin James Sanchez in a match. They both have severe experience in the East L. A. Street Fight, where the winner of the match gains the legal rights to the team name X-Rated and the loser is banned from using it ever again.

See all this at the Underground Sports Arena at 227 SW 25th St in OKC
