Here are some of the highlights of Jake's exclusive interview on the show, provided by Mayhem listener, Patterson from New Jersey:

The Big Mosh & Blade welcomed Jake back to the program, as part of Monday Night Mayhem's "Road To WrestleMania" coverage. Jake appreciated the opportunity to come back aboard "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio," and just like many guests (past, present, & future) mentioned the name of WWE SmackDown star, Jeff Hardy, to kick things off...as a icebreaker of sorts with Blade. With the 25th Anniverary of WrestleMania upon us, Jake said that he always loves this time of the year, especially for the fans. However, he said this year, he might be enjoying it from home: "I don't know if I'll be there," despite 'Mania taking place in his home state of Texas (as he's originally from "The Lone Star State). On the theme of WrestleMania, he feels strongly that his fans will enjoy his new DVD's ("Snake Tales" & "Jake Bytes Back"), as the fans will have the opportunity to hear some great memories of "The Showcase Of The Immortals," including the practical jokes they used to play on one another. Jake also believes that those who watch the DVD's will learn about his life, as well as the wrestling business overall.

Over the past few days & as part of IGN.com's coverage of the soon-to-be-released "Legends Of WrestleMania" video game (from THQ), WWE Legend, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBase had the chance to "re-live" his classic WrestleMania VI match with Jake from The SkyDome (Rogers Centre). He loved working with Ted, remembering his passion for the business: "In the ring, it was always a pleasure, because Ted worked hard...and that's all I ever ask of anybody...Give me what you got & let's go."

Jake is one of the very few superstars in WWE history to compete in several WrestleMania's & have those matches last the test of time for several generations of wrestling fans: WrestleMania III (vs.. The Honky Tonk Man), WrestleMania IV (vs. "Ravishing" Rick Rude), WrestleMania VI (vs. "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase), WrestleMania VII (vs. "The Model" Rick Martel), & WrestleMania VIII (vs. The Undertaker). Out of all of his 'Mania performances, he said that he would not classify any of those bouts as the great match of his career, but would indeed classify the "best WrestleMania moment" of his career as working with Andre The Giant. "He was just a magnificent man, and to have the honor is something I could've never dreamed of ever."

Switching gears slightly, the upcoming WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremonies (the "Class Of 2009" -- featuring "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Terry Funk/Dory Funk, Jr., & "Cowboy" Bill Watts) was mentioned next, and Mosh brought up the idea that many would like to see come to fruition: that of Jake himself going into the WWE Hall Of Fame within the next several years. Jake told The Mayhem Crew that it would be a big honor to be inducted/forever enshrined with some of his best friends & colleagues in the business. However, he knows that it is a business, and there are a few people he believes should not be there, and that some probably would feel the same way about himself...if he did get inducted. "Maybe I'm not ready", said Roberts, "Maybe I just have something else to do." But he did wish go to on record that since many fans believe he should be enshrined/inducted, he feels that "he is already there." Jake added that he does not need a plaque, TV time, or a moment on the mic to know that "he's there," as they are what matters truly to him.

As many fans know, Jake has had the opportunity (both directly & indirectly) to work with all of the names officially announced or rumored to be a part of the WWE's "Class Of 2009." Out of all of the names who will be a part of the festivities, he feels that the superstar that deserves the honor the most is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.. "Ricky was such a gift & was such a pleasure to be with in the ring." Jake also mentioned "Stone Cold" Steve Austin as "a great piece talent that was able to do things that they would have never been allowed to do."

On Jake's official MySpace page (www.MySpace.com/OfficialJakeRoberts), he pens/blogs his weekly post-RAW thoughts. Mosh & Blade discussed the Chris Jericho vs. WWE Legends storyline & the highly-rumored match between Y2J vs. Jerry "The King" Lawler at WrestleMania XXV. "I think that Jericho is very overrated...I think Jericho has been given the largest push by the WWE (just short of Hogan), and he has yet to get over." He went on to say that, at times, he does not look to be "on his game," and that you put him in the ring with certain people & he looks to be "a step off.."

In closing, Jake wanted his fans/The Mayhem Nation to know that he has made some mistakes in his life, but he has always been open about them. "I just want to tell the fans out there, don't try to be like Jake...Hell, I had a helluva' hard time trying to do it myself. It doesn't take a man to drink or do drugs...It takes fools, because you have no idea what you're get yourself into." He ended the interview by asking the fans to do something for him. "If you wanna' do something for Jake, just don't do it...don't drink."

More is contained in this exclusive 45+ minute Mayhem interview with Jake "The Snake" Roberts, including if he is looking forward to the rumored TNA Lockdown showdown between Sting & Mick Foley, the glory days of NBC's "Saturday Night's Main Event," the reason why does not like watching/viewing himself on DVD/video games/action figures, as well as his own personal & candid thoughts on today's young wrestlers & what it really means to be a professional. One of the best interviews you fans will hear on "The Road To WrestleMania," courtesy of "Your Home Of Wrestling Radio."

Jake strongly encourages his fans to check out his official website & MySpace page, located respectively at www.JakeBytesBack.com & www.MySpace.com/OfficialJakeRoberts), where you can purchase "Snake Tales" & "Jake Bytes Back."

This week's edition of The Mayhem also features an exclusive interview with Ring Of Honor superstar & former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Brent Albright, who joined The Big Mosh & Blade to discuss the ROH HD TV tapings from last past weekend in Philadelphia, the tremendous success of the award-winning Mickey Rourke film, "The Wrestler" & how the company has grown over the past year since the filming of the closing scenes of the movie at a ROH event in New Jersey, what "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair heading to Ring Of Honor means for the company's future, the celebration of ROH's seven-year anniversary celebration, as well as the company's Texas debut during WrestleMania weekend in Houston & his memories of working with CM Punk in Ohio Valley Wrestling.
