Several Oklahoma Talents Nominated For PWI Year-End Awards

The December 2007 issue of Pro Wrestling Illustrated is on the stands now and contains the ballot for their annual Acheivement awards. Several of the nominess are wrestlers with connections to Oklahoma. Here's a quick rundown:
A. J. Styles: Most Hated Wrestler of the Year, Match of the Year (June 17 vs. Kurt Angle vs. Christian Cage vs. Chris Harris vs. Samoa Joe)
Beth Phoenix: Woman of the Year, Comeback of the Year
Charlie Haas: Tag Team of the Year (w/ Shelton Benjamin)
Jeff Jarrett: Inspirational Wrestler of the Year
Ric Flair: Most Popular Wrestler of the Year, Inspirational Wrestler of the Year, Feud of the Year (vs. Carlito)
Rick Steiner: Comeback of the Year (w/ Scott Steiner), Feud of the Year (w/ Scott Steiner vs. Team 3-D), Tag Team of the Year (w/ Scott Steiner)
Sting: Most Popular Wrestler of the Year, Inspirational Wrestler of the Year, Feud of the Year (vs. Abyss), Match of the Year (Feb. 11 vs. Abyss)
Oklafan offers its congratulations to all the PWI Achievment Award nominees.
