Oklahoma Championship Wrestling
Owned by John Crow, Oklahoma Championship Wrestling was an attempt to continue the tradition established by Oklahoma Pro Wrestling. Building on many of the same superstars, as well as creating new ones like Justin Lee, Outcast, Sonny C, Rick Styles, & Manservant, OCW promoted cards from January 2002 until March 2003. In August 2002, they promoted the first Southern States Super 8 Tournament in Talequah and in December brought the first Lucha Libre show to Tulsa. Financial problems and management issues would see the downfall of OCW in March 2003.
