Great Plains Championship Wrestling
Great Plains Championship Wrestling was started on October 27, 2007 in southwestern Oklahoma. The fed was founded by Martin Justice and J. D. Richards, who also served as the company's commissioner. Their regular venue was the Cahoma Building in Cache. Due to some internal struggles, GPCW went on hiatus at the end of July 2008. They returned to action on January 16, 2009 under a new ownership group which included Richards and Carnage. On May 11, 2010, GPCW announced they were going on hiatus and unfortunately never ran another show.
