Mid-States Wrestling is headquartered in Harrison, Arkansas but has also promoted shows in Missouri and Kansas. They have a working relationship with Compound Pro Wrestling in Tulsa. They ran one show in Oklahoma on February 25, 2012 in Miami. They also have a working agreement with Compound Pro Wrestling. The company refers to itself as MSW but Oklafan refers to the company as MStW to avoid confusion with another fed that used the MSW initials.
