Hello from Las Vegas where I'll handle the blow by blow assignment on @CBSSPORTSNET for Knockout Night at the D from the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center Saturday night. The entire show will be available on CBS Sports Network in North America and via the @FITETV App worldwide. Download the App for FREE and join us at 11 pm ET LIVE.

We're getting some really good feedback from fans who have listened to my unique conversation with recently released WWE talent Dylan Postl formerly known as Hornswoggle. I hope that you'll check it out fir free here on the homepage, podcast one.com, and iTunes.

Next week former WWE Creative team member and TV producer Andrew Goldstein joins me to breakdown this Sunday's WWE Extreme Rules event on the @WWENetwork. Andrew is a knowledgeable & entertaining guest and we'll have a fun show. A new, The Ross Report drops every Tuesday night at 9 ET.

EXTREME RULES doesn't appear to have a significant 'buzz' going into the event but I'm hopeful that it will deliver in a challenging format in WWE's PG world.

Congrats to @JohnCena for nabbing the hosting gig for the ESPY Awards. This is a major 'get' for one of our most successful signees.

Josh Barnett and I voiced over 7 New Japan Pro Wrestling broadcasts Tuesday & Wednesday that will focus on the 2015 NJPW G1 Climax Tournament 10 shows air in 6 weeks on @AXSTV beginning Friday night May 27 at 9/8 CT.

Still cringe at the sight of Jushin Liger landing on his 51 year old head at the last ROH PPV. Luckily disaster was avoided but it unfortunately seems probable that with the increased volume of high risk bumps now being utilized in many promotions that a major injury use in wait

"Less is more" is still applicable in pro wrestling even though many younger talents do not espouse to that philosophy.

Just my two cents, and worth every cent of it, but I don't think that either HHH or The Undertaker have wrestled at their last Wrestlemania. I get these sorts of questions on Twitter @JRsBBQ regularly. WWE is a marketing juggernaut and they aren't going to allow a once in a lifetime promotional opportunity like the retirement of two of their all time greatest stars fade away with a whimper.

When the injured Seth Rollins returns soon to WWE many speculate that he will be a fan favorite. No doubt that Rollins will be received warmly by those happy to see him back but it's very doable for the talented wrestler to betray the fans and "break their hearts."

The wrestling business seemingly has a plethora of "cool heels" but certainly not an overabundance of villains who carry 'heat.'

The big July weekend highlighted by OklaMania is beginning to come together nicely. The events will be July 16-17 and you can get info at www.imperialwrestlingrevolution.com.

Enjoy your weekend!

BOOMER SOONER!
