Preparing to head to Providence, Rhode Island for the 5th New England Fan Fest this Friday night and Saturday. It's a huge, all star cast of talent that you won't want to miss and tickets are still available on a limited basis and for more info hit www.newenglandfanfest.com. I'm looking forward to it a great deal. Hope to see you there. JR's products will be on sale with no shipping or handling charges so come ready to stock up and save money.

Jeff Jarrett and his better half @KarenJarrett surprisingly appeared on the live, TNA Impact Wrestling TV show Wednesday night on Destination America. Interesting development that has many speculating as to what is up. Here's what my experience tells me...there is more to this matter than Jeff competing on Sunday's tepidly promoted TNA PPV and the opportunity to give Global Force Wrestling a nice bump to the TV audience that watches the hard to find network that many wrestling fans have no access to in the first place.

Looking at the bigger picture it would seem to be that both TNA and GFW need each other right now. Neither are on top of their game as TNA is rebuilding on a weak network while Jeff's GFW is just being launched and has no momentum. If the two organizations can reprise an 'invasion angle' that can lead to a fresh, major storyline for Wednesday night TV and then bleed over to the GFW live events then it can perhaps become a win-win for both parties.

Another possibility is for the Jarrett's to go back into business with TNA to the extent of perhaps even buying the brand. If Jeff and my Oklahoma friend and neighbor Toby Keith can get the right business deal then money is no object in buying the maligned brand outright and taking it to a new direction and hitting the re-set button which is what I would do including getting rid of the any thing resembling TNA in the name of the company. Toby and I are good friends and he is a wrestling fan but is foremost a savvy businessman. Toby will not make a bad deal because he doesn't long to be a wrestling company owner but he does like to make money and people with money love to make "new" money.

Bottom line is that one can almost guarantee that Jeff Jarrett's appearance on TNA is a helluva lot more about the big picture and not who's going to compete in the King of the Mountain match Sunday on PPV that I can't even outline the rules of or a potential 'invasion angle' for Impact Wrestling TV.

Stay tuned....this could get interesting.

BTW...really good job by Kurt Angle and Matt Hardy in their main event match. Yep, I'm biased as both were two of my signees. Sorry to be so biased but they are still excellent bell to bell talents. Wolves vs. Heels was good too and EC3 is evolving into a great villain but can still get much better at his unique craft. I enjoy watching him work.

Loved ROH Wednesday night largely because of the utilization of the New Japan Pro Wrestling talent including two of my favorite wrestlers in the world in Nakamura and Okada. Nice job ROH but I like the show better with a two man announce team than three but that's my personal preference in any promotion. Not a sin or an indictment just an observation.

Watched Tough Enough on the USA Network Tuesday night after returning from England and recording some podcast content. It is a 100% reality show and in time I hope that I become attached to some of the participants. No one has jumped off the page at me as being a future WWE Superstar but it's way too early for that to occur. Hopefully, the TV ratings will increase and that is largely dependent on how well the show is promoted on RAW and if a couple of characters can get 'hot.' Again, it's way too early to even guess if any one on the 'cast' will ever headline a Wrestlemania but one never knows.

Less that 40 VIP tickets to my two RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Shows coming in August during Summer Slam week remain. We will play the DC Improv on Wednesday August 19 and tickets are available at the box office starting at $25 or online at www.dcimprov.com. On Saturday night August 22 we will be tearing it up at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC with tickets there starting at only $25 at the box office and via www.ticketmaster.com. Get your tickets early and join me for a great evening of stories and no holds barred Q&A's.

The film crew for Mid Atlantic Memories is coming to Norman in early July to do work wth yours truly on the documentary that is going to be spectacular. It will premier on Thursday night July 30 followed by RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Show and then the Jim Cornette Experience all on Thursday night which is day one of the four day extravaganza. For info on this must attend event please check out www.nwalegends.com.

For me, seeing both Lance Russell and Bob Caudle at the NWA Legends Fan Fest is all the reason that I need to attend the event in Charlotte. BTW...JR's products will also be sold at the event with no shipping or handling charges. So come ready to stock up and save on my family's products.

www.wweshop.com is loaded with JR's products and provide quick and easy online shopping wth delivery right to your front door.
