Good to be back home after a successful three event tour in London and Manchester, England. My thanks to PSI Events and their great staff plus all the fans that came to see us as every function I was involved in was completely sold out which always makes one feel great. It's great to know that one hasn't been forgotten. My first show ever with Shawn Michaels was Monday night in Manchester and it was a sell out at the Manchester Comedy Store which seats over 500 in one of the most famous venues in England. This weekend I will be in Providence, RI at the New England Fan Fest and tickets are available at www.newenglandfanfest.com. It's a huge, all star cast of stars on hand and an event that you won't want to miss plus they will be selling JR's products with no shipping or handling charges. Hope to see many of you this Friday night and Saturday in Providence.

Caught up wth RAW from Monday where Lesnar got beat down. Fundamentally it had to happen. Baby faces have to be put in jeopardy and that includes monster, fan favorites like Lesnar who is the biggest star in WWE today, in the view of many, because he's a legit beast and the fact that he isn't over exposed. Plus, it took multiple people to put Brock down into a selling situation. Let's not forget that Brock is still a human and the human element can't be factored out of how Brock Lesnar is booked. Any one who is vehemently opposed to this creative likely doesn't understand the art of booking as much as they would like to believe.

I'd still like to see Seth Rollins hold the WWE Title until Wrestlemania Texas. There is where Lesnar could win the title back IMO after winning the 2016 Royal Rumble. Now that's the cue for someone to pipe up that idea is too predictable but I'll go for doing the right thing over doing something unpredictable for the sake of surprise any day. It's a great, long term storyline arc that makes sense on many fronts.

Plus, anyone who is speculating that @HeymanHustle will be leaving Lesnar is ultra fantasy booking as well. No reason to have Paul leave Brock that is more viable than Heyman staying with Lesnar and I'd do NOTHING to disconnect the Heyman/Lesnar duo. NOTHING.

I love to see the seemingly unconquerable beast chasing the 'beatable' WWE Champion and having to overcome a litany of roadblocks before finally getting the champion cornered with no way out but to fight. The money is in the chase with the payoff being at Wrestlemania Texas. Let's not over think the obvious or knock ourselves out with knee jerk reactions.

Congrats to John Morrison and Prince Puma in a a great match on Lucha Underground a week or so ago. Lots of risks and chances in a true, flying style of high risk wrestling. If that style appeals to you, then go out of your way to see it.

Also the Lethal vs. Brisco match on the ROH PPV was really solid and both talents brought it. ROH is growing their business slowly and smartly and will be filling more of a void within the pro wrestling landscape or so it seems in the days and months to come.

Hearing all kinds of rumors, some good and some not so good, out of TNA so I will leave them as they are until confirmed but, again, this company is battling to stay in the game and I hope that they do. The thing that all of us can do as fans is to watch their TV show on Wednesday nights on Destination America. I still say if they wrestle more and talk less they will be better off. They are down to their hard core fans who want to see action and physicality and TNA has the roster to get that done.

Tickets for my RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Shows in Washington D.C. and in New York City Summer Slam week are moving well and only a handful of VIP Meet/Greet/Photo Op tickets still remain. Tickets for the DC Improv show are available at the box office and at www.dcimprov.com starting at only $25. For my show at the Gramercy Theatre show Saturday night August 22, which is the night before Summer Slam in Brooklyn, are on sale at the box office and via www.ticketmaster.com also starting at only $25.

I expect that there will be plenty of activities going on in the NYC area Summer Slam week including, one would assume, a NXT show that weekend, too.

We are getting ready to do a great deal of work on the documentary film, 'Mid Atlantic Memories' that will premier at the annual, NWA Legends Fan Fest that will be at the University Hilton in Charlotte July 30-August 2. For more info I strongly suggest that you check out www.nwalegends.com for ticket and event info. A $99 all Access pass is available which may be the best value in wrestling today. The first night of the 4 day extravaganza is going to be special as we will have the premier of the film, a RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Show, and Jim Cornette's late night show, as well. Again, visit www.nwalegends.com for more info and for your tickets to this memorable four day event.

www.wweshop.com is fully stocked with all JR's products and we thank all of you who support our family's efforts with easy online shopping.

Torrie Wilson is my guest this week on the Ross Report podcast that you can listen to right here on our site on the homepage or via podcastne.com or iTunes for FREE. It helps us if you subscribe to the Ross Report at iTunes as it costs you nothing and helps us greatly. Torrie is so open and honest abut her life and career in WCW and WWE including her well publicized relationship with baseball great Alex Rodriguez. She also describes her first day on the job at WWE when the script called for her to lock lips with Mr. McMahon.

Next week on our podcast I'm joined by my friend Mike Tenay for the first of a two part Ross Report Podcast. This is one of my most anticipated podcasts that we've ever done.

Thanks for st by and I hope to update the Q&A's soon. Hope to see you this weekend in Rhode Island.

Boomer Sooner!
