Excited about this weekend with our two Ross Report Shows @starlandNJ Friday night in Sayreville, NJ with an 8pm show time and 6pm for our meet and greeters. On Sunday before he Royal Rumble we hit @UndrgoundArts in Philly with the Meet & Greets commencing at 1 pm and the show starting at 3pm and ending by 5 which gives everyone plenty of time to make it to the Wells Fargo Center to enjoy the Royal Rumble. Tickets for both our shows start at $20 and are on sale at axs.com and will be available at the door the day of the show in the respective venues. Lots of stories and your questions in our no holds barred Q&A portion of the show.

Tonight at 9 ET our latest Ross Report Podcast hit with a special guest who I think it worthy of HOF honors, @RealLisaMarie aka Lisa Varon talks about her terrific career and being a woman in what is considered largely a man's world. It's a great conversation and I encourage you to subscribe and download for free at podcastone.com or iTunes....for FREE. Traveling extensively, mostly with men, makes for a unique experience. Plus, Lisa talks about Chyna which was very interesting.

Later today I will speak with the Iron Sheik about his new movie and his amazing career marked with tragedy and heartbreak notwithstanding his stellar athletic career. I've known Koz for over 30 years and think this podcast will be compelling to say the least....and funny.

Next week, I will be joined by former WCW broadcaster and current Pittsburgh radio host Mark Madden to review this Sunday's WWE Royal Rumble which is on PPV and the WWE Network. The complete listing of all my Ross Report Podcast guests is listed on the home page here for your convenience.

Raw Reunion Thoughts:

Always enjoy the MLK Tribute and the video used this time was really good. MLK is arguably Vince McMahon's biggest hero.

Lots of star power in the first segment but it was just a little long for my tastes but entertaining nonetheless. Strong start to the important 'go home' show.

Bray Wyatt beating Daniel Bryan seemed strategic considering where they are both traveling sooner than later.

Wyatt talked about the Rumble which I wish more talents would as well.

Interesting use of Hogan, Flair and HBK with Big Show. Flair essentially stole the segment being KO'ed by Show.

Nice 'rub' for Reigns 'saving' the three legends from the 450 pounder.

Not overwhelmed with the philosophy of the various champions losing so many non title bouts. Perhaps I'm just too old school. I am 63 now you know. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the Ascension segment and with the new duo facing the New Age Outlaws Sunday, it all makes more sense.

Really liked how RAW went off the air and especially enjoyed Michael Cole's emotional, hard sell of the Royal Rumble. That felt old school and was quite effective.

Great use of Sting in this segment once again 'marrying' him to HHH. I think if their match happens at WM31 that it will exceed many folk's expectations. I like this pairing.

Brock Lesnar had a helluva night and looked like the big time investment that he is. Whether Brock stays with WWE past WM31 is still up in the air but it certainly adds to the overall mystique to the presentation of which I like.

Very curious as to what role Paul Heyman will play in Sunday's big event in Philly. @HeymanHustle won't disappoint.

The Royal Rumble is largely a two event extravaganza but I've got no problem with that. Bot the Rumble match, which will likely go an hour plus, and the WWE Title Bout, which I'd guess will go past 30 minutes, are why people are watching this show. I will be watching the Rumble from my Philly hotel and taking notes for my podcast which I will record Monday evening when I return from Philly reviewing the event as I mentioned earlier with Mark Madden.

Enjoyed spending some quality time this past weekend with Steve Austin in Los Angeles. He is looking great and would be a perfect fit, in my opinion, to return to the ring in Dallas next year for WM32. Perhaps I should say in Arlington, Texas as the Dallas Cowboys actually play their games in Arlington. I could see WWE adding a major Undertaker match to this potential record breaker of an event that is if Taker would be physicality good to go in 2016. As I outlined on one of my Ross Reports several months ago this booking is huge for WWE and AT&T Stadium could easily fit 100,000+ for WM32 if the card is what the fans want to see which is always any promoter's goal. I love this building and saw the first ever college football game ever played there plus the Packers vs. Steelers Super Bowl game there. It's a palace.

Hope to see you this weekend in Jersey and/or Philly for RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross. Tickets start at $20 and are on sale in advance at axs.com and at the respective venues the day of the shows.
