The morning after The New York Express lost the OECW Tag Team Titles to Spanish Wolf at the ComPro show this past Saturday night in Tulsa, Oklafan received the following message from OECW owner Martin Justice. Any spelling or grammatical errors are those of Mr. Justice himself. "As owner of OECW I have been informed of an unauthorized TAG TEAM TITLE match involving the NY EXPRESS last night so with that being said the OECW BOD has stripped the titles and do not recognise anyone as the tag team champions and have also decided that the NY YORK EXSPRESS have been banned from any and all OECW events for the next 1yr."

As seen on last night's "WWE Monday Night RAW", Jerry Springer was taken away on a stretcher after the segment with The Bella Twins, their brother J. J., and Stephanie McMahon. Jerry Lawler later noted on commentary that Springer had a twisted ankle and some bruised ribs but was in great spirits and glad to be on RAW.

Ric Flair will be appearing at the upcoming "NXT Takeover 2" special on the WWE Network on September 11th to welcome Japanese Superstar Kenta to NXT. This will be Kenta?s first televised appearance under the NXT banner after he was officially introduced to the WWE world during the July tour of Japan by Hulk Hogan. "NXT Takeover 2" will be airing live from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL and it looks like WWE is sticking with the Takeover name for NXT live specials on the Network. Ric Flair also appeared at the last Takeover special where he was in the corner of his daughter Charlotte for her match against Natalya who had her uncle, Bret Hart, in her corner.

Former Ring of Honor owner Cary Silkin went after Ric Flair on Twitter noting that Flair still owes him $40,000 for shows paid for that Flair didn?t appear on in 2009 when he left the company. There was a lawsuit filed at the time, but once Silkin sold the company, the suit went nowhere.

Angelo Mosca was shown on TV talking with Chris Berman during the Hamilton Tiger Cats vs. Toronto Argonauts Canadian Football League game over the weekend. Mosca was a huge star in Canadian football in the 1960s and would wrestle in the off-season, and then became a full-time wrestling star in the 1970s and into the mid-1980s after his football career ended.

The Svengoolie interview with Mick Foley on ME-TV will be airing on September 13th after the movie "Thing That Couldn't Die."

Mick Foley had back surgery last week and noted that he will be off his feet for a few days. Foley will still be making his comedy shows in Canada later this month. Foley noted that this was the first of several minor surgical procedures that will hopefully have him walking around in less pain. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.

Jake Roberts announced Saturday night at the Future Stars of Wrestling show in Las Vegas that doctors had discovered cancer in his chest, but that he's not scared and will be fighting it. Roberts just got out of the hospital Saturday and it was his first public appearance

Michael Barry injured his right hand on Sunday afternoon when a car door was accidentally slammed closed on it when he arrived at the WFC show in Skiatook. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.

Kevin Morgan suffered some torn ligaments at the IZW event on Saturday. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.

Oklafan extends congratulations to Steve Shotzman, whose nephew was born Friday.
