We're happy you stopped by for a visit. Please tell a friend about us and let's keep our momentum rolling in regards to building our site up and increasing traffic. We're staying busy with on line orders but can always handle more. We'll do all we can to continue to earn your business with great customer service not to mention the best BBQ Sauces, Chipotle Ketchup and Beef Jerky around. From our family to yours, we sincerely thank every one for their support.

We plan on updating everyone on our non BBQ, professional front in a few days.

Thought NXT Tuesday night was a fun, one hour show. TV wrestling largely has gone the way of the two hour show so its good to be able to invest in a 60 minute show and then call it a night. Producing two hour, weekly, episodic TV shows is daunting to say the least especially with the lack of healthy or established star power and the fact that some shows try to squeeze too much into their two hour block which makes the broadcasts a blur.

Michael Cole's in ring confrontation with Daniel Bryan was the highlight of NXT for me. I enjoyed the change of pace aspect of the proceedings and their personal issue. It was different and even though I have no idea where it's all heading but I'm going along for the ride.

We have an easy to execute burger recipe that any one can do as an answer to one of the updated Q&A questions here on the site. I prefer to buy 80/20 blend of ground sirloin in bulk, season the product, make the patties, and then put them in the fridge over night whenever possible. Even if you can only allow them to marinate in the fridge for just a couple of hours it will make a big difference. McCormick has a really good Burger seasoning that when added to the meat along with a drizzle of our Chipotle Ketchup when making the patties helps make a killer burger. When you add some Chipotle Ketchup or even our BBQ Sauce to the meat you won't need to grill the burgers as hot as normal. Do cook them throughly but watch the process and don't get caught with flame ups.

Yes, we legit like to tell folks thanks for shopping with us and supporting our site. A heartfelt thanks goes a long way in our lives no matter what any of us do.

Emailer...most of my most noteworthy catch phrases generally popped into my head at strange times or they were something that I heard somewhere along the way in my life in an entirely different arena that stuck. Most of it was just instincts and a little luck that they stuck in the publics psyche.

Emailer....yes, announcers can over prepare, without question. I generally found out that most of my prep work and material never made air because what one sees on the monitor is what on which one needs to focus. I have heard too many announcers force their material into a show simply because they wrote it down and felt compelled to use it. I've been guilty of the same at times. Bottom line is that great announcers prepare but allow the matches to evolve and come to them at which time they can react accordingly and that's not telling the fans what they can readily see on their TV screen IE "that's a headlock." The best broadcasters are the ones with the best natural instincts which are not something that one can be automatically taught.

Emailer...I hope Nebraska doesn't leave the Big 12 for the Big 10 but money is a huge factor in these types of decisions. If the Huskers stay in the Big 12 North, I think that they will be the odds on favorite to win it most years which puts Nebraska one win, Big 12 Title, away from a big time, big money BCS game. I do wish that OU played Nebraska annually as we used to in years past. I need to attend an OU-Husker game with Taz who's a Nebraska fan.

Emailer...I am of the belief that at times there are too many title bouts on free TV and if there is an overabundance of such then it does two things. It waters the titles down and lessens the aura of monetizing and promoting title bouts on PPV.

Titles need to all mean something special, obviously, and to accomplish such doesn't necessarily mean that the titles need to be defended on TV every week unless there's a TV Title which would be another story. The key to making the titles have meaning is to make sure that those who are the champions have meaning.

Watched the Mick Foley A&E Biography today. Great seeing some of the footage and to know that I was a small part of it.

Talked to Steve Austin earlier this week and he's gearing up for the DVD release of 'The Stranger' which will be available on June 1. Steve still trains in the gym like a wild man and has immersed himself in learning the movie biz just as he worked so passionately to learn the wrestling biz. Steve is one guy that I can always count on to tell me how he honestly feels about any question that I ask even if his response isn't necessarily what I might have wanted to hear. Honestly is a good trait to practice, boys and girls.

We're still working on our grocery store deals with Homeland and Reasor's in Oklahoma and any help any one can provide us either by requesting out products or emailing the grocers would be appreciated. We're this close to getting it done and let me promise you this isn't an easy deal to finalize. Lots of people want grocery shelf space and most of them are the big boys.

Thanks again for the visit and for your orders. This is going to be an interesting week.
