Don't do it TNA!!!

Don't do it TNA!!!

The following is a MySpace blog from native Oklahoman "Impressive" Anthony Wayne, who is currently wrestling professionally mostly in Tennessee. The opinions and views expressed here are those of Anthony Wayne only and do not necessarily reflect the opinions and views of any staff member of Oklafan.

It finally happened today: I was walking down the street, and I saw TNA standing on top of a building, ready to jump. "Don't do it!" I yelled up at TNA. "Suicide never solved anything! No matter what delusions Hogan is having, moving to Monday nights is not the answer! Something must have affected his egotistical brain somehow when they replaced his hip! Or he's senile! I'm sorry, I know how you must be feeling, but this is 2010, not 1996 anymore! I don't care what you do, the Monday Night Wars will never be back. Vince's show and your show are both so crappy that people have tuned out in droves as it is! This is not going to recreate that kind of interest! I know this hurts but I'm being honest with you!"

TNA shifted uneasily on the edge of the roof above me as my pleading continued: "Look buddy, just come on down, fire Hogan, Russo, Bischoff, Nash, Hall, the Nasty Boys, don't let Beefcake on TV, try to get everybody to forget you let that drug pushing criminal Jeff Hardy back on national TV just days before his indictment, stop ignoring the fact that you have guys on roster that could conceivably still be in main events 10 to 15 years from now, bring back Jimmy Cornette and Dutch Mantell and give them the book along with Flair, and I promise it'll all be ok!"

But alas, my begging fell on deaf ears. TNA jumped and announced their move to Monday nights.
