Jeremy Borash through his Twitter account revealed that TNA will be launching a new television show called "Epics". The show will look at the company's early years all the way from their Nashville days and the in-studio hosts will be himself and the current TNA Heavyweight champion Mick Foley. The show will make its debut in the United Kingdom first, airing on TNA's broadcast partner Bravo starting on Friday May 15 at 10PM GMT. The preview on Bravo's website lists, "Bone crunching clip show recapping classic footage of wrestling mayhem from some of the best moments in the history of TNA."

Impact did a 1.2 rating and 1.6 million viewers, so it's falling back to what the average had been before the Mick Foley-led spike several weeks back.

A. J. Styles is currently in Seattle shooting a well-known reality show series.

Ric Flair was interviewed by a local news station during an autograph signing in Harrisonburg, VA on Saturday. Flair said that he misses wrestling in the ring but didn't miss the 12-hour days at a TV taping: "I try to keep in shape. I do miss it, but I don't dwell on it. I could do it tomorrow. I still feel great... but it's not something that's going to happen right now." To view the interview, click here.

This is the 500th issue of Mad Magazine which is why they have flashbacks to old issues.

The World Wrestling Team Trials take place on May 30th & 31st in Council Bluffs, IA, with the winners representing the U.S. at the World Wrestling Championships in September in Herning, Denmark. Randy Lewis, who is 49, a gold medalist at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984, who retired in 1992, is making a comeback trying for a spot. Glen Brand, who was pro wrestler Joe Scarpello's big rival in the late 40s and a 1948 gold medalist, who passed away this year, will be honored with a lifetime achievement award, as will Bill Smith, who won a gold medal at the 1952 Olympics. Smith was the last American ever to win a match over Danny Hodge.
