NEWS
The NWA is building up a Brent Albright vs. NWA World Champion Blue Demon Jr. feud. They did a ceremony where Demon Jr. was given the original black NWA World Title belt.

Paparazzi roaming the streets in Los Angeles caught up with WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper and his daughter Ariel - who looks pretty hot in a white dress - and started a conversation with the former Intercontinental and Tag Team Title holder. "How old are you?" asks the Hot Rod while the paparazzo answers with a short and sweet, "Old enough!" Piper proceeds to tell him that he's been fighting for thirty eight years. "I bet you were five years old then!" said Piper while he continued to walk with daughter holding his arm. Piper then jokes with the paparazzo before continuing on with his business.

The current TNA agents are Savio Vega, B. G. James, Jim Cornette, and Dutch Mantel. Dixie Carter decided that six agents was too many since "TNA iMPACT!" shows often only feature five matches. Jeff Jarrett made the call to let go Pat Kenney (Simon Diamond) and Glen Gilbertti (The Disco Inferno).

Don West's new insane deal at ShopTNA.com features signed PPV posters of Sting and Mick Foley.

The much delayed Jeff Jarrett DVD is now scheduled for an April 2009 release and will be a two disc set.

From the believe or not file, former TNA and WWE diva Shelly Martinez (Salinas, Ariel) was scheduled to make her AAA debut on November 24th. She sent word to the Mexican promotion that she would like to be in a group with Aaron "Idol" Stevens and Beth Phoenix. She also asked for more money, and at this point, the two sides aren't talking.

WWE will be releasing a DVD on January 27th called "WWE The Legends of Wrestling", focusing on Ric Flair, Jerry Lawler, Junkyard Dog, and Lex Luger. Jim Ross and Dusty Rhodes discuss all four men's career. Why they picked them, who knows. Could they actually be considering Luger for their Hall of Fame?

AWOL sent word that he would be home on leave for a couple of weeks in February. He is currently deployed in the Middle East until June 2009.
