On WWE 24/7, In the TV Classics section, they had a show with World Class Championship Wrestling matches from April 30, 1983. Before this actually starts, Kevin Von Erich and Michael Hayes set up what the show will cover. While introducing each other to the viewers, Hayes called himself Michael Von Erich. Kevin looked uncomfortable for a moment due to his late brother was actually named Mike Von Erich, but then carried on with the piece.

This November, the WWE will release a 3-disc DVD covering the history of the Intercontinental Title. Among the matches included are: Pat Patterson vs. Ted DiBiase (October 22, 1979), Ken Patera vs. Pedro Morales (October 8, 1980), Greg Valentine vs. Tito Santana in a Lumberjack Match (March 17, 1985), Ricky Steamboat vs. The Honky Tonk Man (June 2, 1987), The Honky Tonk Man vs. The Ultimate Warrior (August 29, 1988), Rick Rude vs. The Ultimate Warrior (August 28, 1989), Razor Ramon vs. Jeff Jarrett (January 22, 1995), Jeff Jarrett vs. Chyna in a Good Housekeeping Match (October 17, 1999), and Ric Flair vs. Triple H in a Steel Cage (November 1, 2005)

Dusty Rhodes announced that Florida Championship Wrestling will begin airing on Brighthouse Channel 47 in Tampa this Sunday at 6pm.

At the recent WWE show in Minneapolis, MN security was confiscating Ric Flair signs.

According to SmackdownvsRaw.com/images/roster/heroes/RicFlair.png, Ric Flair will be a character in the 2009 Smackdown vs. RAW video game.

TNA put out feelers through Hermie Sadler about Ric Flair coming in. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Flair signed a one-year non-compete clause when he got his WWE release as it pertained to working for TNA in specific.

The new Spin Cycle is up on the TNA website with A. J. Styles, Alex Shelley, Taylor Wilde, and Curry Man talking Sting vs. Samoa Joe, Sarah Palin, and O.J. Simpson. Next week's show will have Terry Taylor, Vince Russo, Pat Kenney (AKA Simon Diamond), and Glenn Gilberti (AKA Disco Inferno).

At the "TNA iMPACT!" TV tapings, Mick Foley had a promo where he thanked Vince McMahon for making it possible for him to be in TNA, where he says he is happy. The segment aired on October 2nd.

Mick Foley has been added to the TNA roster on their website while Frank Trigg and Kevin Nash has been removed.

Sting has agreed to stay with TNA through 2009, although it is believed to be only a verbal agreement at this time.

For a limited time, starting October 10th, there will be a movie out in theaters called "Andre: Heart Of the Giant". This is a drama, not a documentary. It stars Matthew McGrory and Roland Kickinger. You can learn more by going to AndreHeartOfTheGiant.uber.com.

The Honky Tonk Man updated his fans about his injured index finger: "The therapy is coming along very slowly. The right index finger was broken and I never knew it. It healed in a bad position with the main tendon being covered in scar tissue from the cut across the finger thus causing severe pain and very limited movement."

GPCW co-owner J. D. Richards sent a message to Oklafan last week saying that the fed will run their next show in late November.

TCB owner Earl Kennedy was in a car accident on Saturday night and nearly rolled his car. He says he is very sore but he will be fine. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
