Anthony Wayne talks about Raw, CM Punk, and more

As usual, raw last night was awful. I always record the show and just watch the matches, fast forwarding through everything else. I can't bear to watch the entire program, haven't in a long, long time. The two hour show took barely over thirty minutes to watch. Thirty minutes! Can you even fathom if virtually any indy promotion running today only had thirty minutes of action in a two hour show? They'd be out of business in a month or less! Most of my matches last longer than thirty minutes! However, on to my point. We now have a new champion that lives up to his name all right, because from anyone I've ever talked to, that's all he is: a disrespectful punk. I've talked to guys who were at OVW with him, saying that when you say hello and offer to shake hands, which is common respect in the locker room, he will just look at you blow air out his nose and walk off. Of course, we've all heard of the Tony Atlas incident a few months back when he offered veteran advice about Punk's appearance (taping his forarms up way too far) and Punk mouthed off to him, actually questioning if Atlas even watched ECW on TV or not! Let me tell you something son: Tony Atlas has done more in wrestling with one finger than you'll ever do with your entire skinny body, got it? The man has lived his life in wrestling, including having to watch Bruiser Brody die. He did not have to even be at OVW to offer the young guys advice, he could have been spending that time with his family. So Punk, you better remember the best advice I ever got in this business, from Tom Jones: keep your ears open and your mouth shut!
