3-10 WWE RAW

Ric Flair came out to the ring. He said last week Shawn Michaels said he didn't want to face him at WrestleMania XXIV and end his career. Michaels said that if Flair pushed "The Showstopper", his show would be stopped. Flair asked Michaels to join him in the ring because he had something he wanted to say. Michaels came out and after meeting Flair in the ring, Flair told Michaels that when he started wrestling, the word "sympathy" didn't exist, nor did the word "pity". He felt respect last week from Michaels, but he also felt a little sympathy. Flair said that if he can't compete with the best, he doesn't want to continue. He doesn't want people to save him. He wants to stand on his own feet because he's earned it. If he wins at WrestleMania, it's because he's The Man. If Michaels wins, he's beaten The Man. He knows his career could come to an end, but if he has a good day, he could catch Michaels and his career could go on forever. He wants Michaels at his best with 100% committment. Michaels said that he never intended to show pity. There is no pity in love and he loves Ric Flair, but he reminds everyone that he is Mr. WrestleMania. He revolutionised the Ladder Match, he wrestled for over an hour, he's been in the greatest WrestleMania moments in history. To be The Man, you have to beat The Man and at WrestleMania, he IS The Man. Something comes over him at WrestleMania. He becomes The Showstopper. Whether Ric Flair's show stops or goes on, the show will be stolen. Michaels went to leave the ring, but then came back and said he heard about the 3-on-1 Handicap Steel Cage Match Flair would be involved in on Smackdown Friday night against WWE Smackdown World Champion Edge and his "Edgeguys". Normally, Michaels' Fridays are reserved for Dora the Explorer, but he promised to be at Smackdown to make it 3-on-2.

Nikolai Volkoff & The Iron Sheik vs. The U. S. Express never got started due to the interference of Jillian Hall. Jillian came down and said that she wasn't even born when these 2 teams met at the first WrestleMania, but she did some research and discovered that they came out to Bruce Springsteen's "Born In the USA". They can't do that now, since they're "has-beens", but she volunteered to sing the song for them. After a couple of lines, Mike Rotunda picked her up and gave her an aeroplane spin, dizzying her and making her roll out of the ring.

The Brisco Brothers were announced as the latest additions to the 2008 Class of the WWE Hall of Fame.

WWE World Women's Champion Beth Phoenix accompanied Melina to the ring for her match against Maria, accompanied by Candace Michelle. Melina was the winner.

During the Big Show/Floyd Mayweather confrontation, Mayweather thew money at Big Show, which he collected and distributed to the WWE Superstars surrounding the ring area. One of the those beneficiaries was Charlie Haas.

3-11 TNA iMPACT

Jim Cornette was in the ring to announce the double main event for the TNA Lockdown PPV. One match would be TNA World Champion Kurt Angle defending his title against Samoa Joe. The other match would be a Lethal Lockdown match. Cornette brought out Christian Cage as the captain for one team and TNA World Tag Team Champion Tomko as the captain for the other team. He asked them to behave like professionals because he needed to explain the rules to them. They had two weeks to give him rosters for their teams. He asked if they had any questions. Cage said everything was crystal clear, but he had a couple of things he wanted to get off his chest because this was the first time he and Tomko had been together since Tomko cost him the TNA World Title. He asked if being his own man was everything he dreamt of and promised to take Tomko out for the last time. He said Tomko is still a lapdog, but now it's Kurt Angle's lap he's in. He finished by calling Tomko a "jacked-up, bald-headed tattooed pussy", which brought Tomko and Cage to blows. TNA World Tag Team Champion A. J. Styles came to help Tomko and Kevin Nash came to the assistance of Cage, causing A. J. & Tomko to scatter.

Jeremy Borash was in Jim Cornette's office. Cornette said he knew what Christian Cage wanted and told him to find a tag team partner and he'd give him A. J. & Tomko. After Cage left, Team 3-D came in and Brother Ray asked Cornette what it was like to be the head pirate on a sinking ship. He suggested that Cornette find a .357 and put himself out of his misery. Cornette asked if they had one and Ray said he wished he did. He then said he was there to tell Cornette what he was going to do before he did it. Team 3-D then proceded to make fun of the Motor City Machine Guns, Curry Man and Shark Boy, saying that if they saw any of those guys, they're dead. He said Cornette should consider himself lucky because the one type of person they're not out to kill are washed up managers of old tag teams. Team 3-D left and Cornette mused about how he'd like a farm in Kansas to go to instead of being in charge.

Jeremy Borash was backstage with A. J. Styles and said there was someone in the dressing room who wanted to see him. He opened the door and it was Karen Angle. They hugged and A. J. said he was worried because he couldn't get in touch with her. Karen said she had some things to sort out and it wouldn't be fair to tell A. J. before she told Kurt. She needed A. J. to trust her. Karen left to talk to Kurt and Tomko burst in and asked if Karen was in his head again. He reminded A. J. that he needed him focussed for their match tonight. A. J. tried to reassure him, but Tomko went nuts, telling A. J. to get over this schoolboy crush and get his head out of his ass. Tomko stormed out and A. J. was left shaken.

Christian Cage & Kevin Nash def. TNA World Tag Team Champions A. J. Styles & Tomko by DQ. Team 3-D, A. J. & Tomko made a 4-on-1 attack on Nash, targeting his knees and using steel chairs on them. They threatened to do the same thing to Cage's neck, but Jim Cornette & TNA security hit the ring and forced them to go away.

3-14 WWE Smackdown

Ric Flair was in the back when Shawn Michaels walked up. Flair thanked him for being there, but was worried that one of them might get injured in the match tonight. He wanted nothing less than Michael's best at WrestleMania. Michaels assured Flair that he'd get "The Showstopper" and the two started discussing strategy.

Kurt Hawkins, Zach Ryder, WWE Smackdown World Champion Edge & ECW World Champion Chavo Guerrero, Jr. def. Shawn Michaels & Ric Flair in a 4-on-2 Steel Cage/Handicap Match.
