2-18 WWE RAW

Ric Flair was announced as the first inductee for the 2008 WWE Hall of Fame

Maria (w/ Santino Marella) def. WWE World Women's Champion Beth Phoenix

2-19 ECW

Ric Flair came to the ring. Tazz said that everyone knew and respected him and congratulated him on the announcement of his induction into the Hall of Fame. Flair called it an honour. He said being the 1st active wrestler to be inducted was special. He also made it clear that he didn't want people to think that his career was over. Elijah Burke came down at that point. He said he was a huge Ric Flair fan when he was growing up. He wanted to be the first to welcome Flair to ECW. Then Shelton Benjamin came out. He said some great minds think alike. He said Flair was the gold standard and now Benjamin is the new gold standard. Flair's time is over. Flair didn't believe they were sincere in their appreciation or respect. He reminded them that no matter what they accomplish in their careers, it will never equal 16 World Titles. Benjamin & Burke then attack Flair until C. M. Punk came to the rescue.

2-21 TNA iMPACT

TNA World Tag Team Champions A. J. Styles & Tomko (w/ Karen Angle) def. Kip James & Bob Armstrong when Kip turned on his partner, hitting him with a crutch.

A. J. Styles and Karen came up to Crystal backstage after A. J.'s match. Karen was heaping praise on A. J., saying he looked great out there in the match. Crystal asked about the kiss from last week. A. J. said he just got caught up in the moment. Karen said that wasn't what everyone saw. They saw people, a minister and a kiss. As far as she's concerned, they're married. A. J. said they were not married, then questioned whether that would even be legal and whether Kurt knew about this. Karen said it was fine with him and he told her to go to her "other husband". A. J. said he had nothing planned for this. Karen said he needed to stop worrying about the wedding and concentrate on the honeymoon. They can be spontaneous. A. J. said he had a place and just needed to make a phone call.

Jim Cornette was in the ring with Matt Morgan and Sonjay Dutt. He brought out TNA World X Division Champion Jay Lethal. He said TNA felt his accomplishments deserved recognition. At the age of 20, he was the youngest member of the TNA roster and took Jeff Jarrett to the limit. He also shocked the world by defeating Kurt Angle to win the X Division Title. At the last PPV, he triumphed to save the X Division. Cornette asked the fans to give Lethal a round of applause. The crowd chanted "Lethal!" Lethal said he got his smile back. He couldn't do it on his own. He thanked the founders of the X Division, including Christopher Daniels, Jerry Lynn & A. J. Styles. He thanked the Motor City Machine Guns and called them 2 of the toughest guys he's ever met. They're not afraid to put their bodies on the line because they were fighting for something they believed in. He said it was a privelege to stand in the ring with his best friend Sonjay Dutt. He said he never knew what friendship was until he met Sonjay. There was one more person who was important to him: So Cal Val. He asked her into the ring with him and became very nervous. He had a question he wanted to ask for a long time. He got down on 1 knee and asked if she would go out with him. Her reponse was "Oooooh Yeah!"

Samoa Joe was sitting in Jim Cornette's office with Cornette. Cornette said that they had bee trying to sign the TNA contract in a public place for a few weeks and too many things kept going wrong. Matt Morgan and Kurt Angle were banned from the office for the time being. The door was locked. All Cornette needed was a signature and Joe could go on his way. Jope said before he signed the contract, there were a few problems that needed to be cleared up. He wanted to be TNA World Champion. Cornette said he had earned a title shot. Joe said that didn't mean anything unless he got a fair chance. At the Destination X PPV, he, Christian Cage and Kevin Nash were going to take care of the Angle Alliance. Then, at the Lockdown PPV, Joe would get Angle in a cage. If Joe won the World Title, then he would sign the contract.

Karen Angle and A. J. Styles were out at a restaurant while Jeremy Borash was filming. Borash said if Karen was doing all this just to hurt A. J., he had a problem with it. Karen told Borash to shut up. A. J. brought Karen over to a table. He brought out candles and lit them, burning himself in the process. He brought out fake flowers and gave them to her, saying the real ones would just die. Then he brought out a snowglobe, which he said was precious to him. He told a story about never having snow in Georgia when he grew up. He prayed for snow, but it never came. On Christmas Eve, he did the same thing. Still no snow. His grandmother then gave him the snowglobe. As long as Karen has the globe, she has A. J. A. J. then got up to go order their steaks and Karen seemed very moved by the whole thing.

A. J. & Karen are continuing their date at Gatorland. A. J. was excited, but Karen didn't seem as much so. A. J. said he grew up around gators and wrestled them. He then took a rake and "tickled" one of the alligators in the ponds. He said that was a small one, but there was one in Alabama that was 9 feet long. He asked Karen if she was having a good time and she said she was. He then told her there were some great birds to go see. Borash made the comment that he felt safer around the birds.

A. J. & Karen were back at the hotel. A. J. asked if Karen had a good time and Karen said yes. She thanked A. J., who darted into his room while she stood outside in the hall. He came back out and said he was confused about who Karen was really married to, but he wasnt' confused about 1 thing: if she was married to him, every day would be a honeymoon. He kissed Karen and then went back in his room. Karen was VERY confused and Borash said she looked frustrated.
