A new movie entitled "The Unbreakable Bunch" is about a Florida town defended by wrestlers from invading aliens. Ray Lloyd (AKA Glacier), King Tonga (AKA Haku), Ernest Miller, Larry Zbyszko, David Heath (AKA Gangrel) and Stan Hansen are among those in the cast. You can watch the trailer by clicking here.
After several years of the same "Then, Now, Forever, Together" intro video, the new Triple H era of WWE kicked off with an updated, more sleek-looking video which made its debut at the start of “WrestleMania XL”. The intro features the likes of Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Rhea Ripley, C. M. Punk, Randy Orton, Randy Savage, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, The Ultimate Warrior, Sgt. Slaughter, The Undertaker, The Rock, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Steve Austin and many others in a galactic-like intro that looks like it's straight from a Marvel movie. The "Then, Now, Forever, Together" tag line is still used as before, but the production value of this intro has been upped by 1000%.
Naomi, L. A. Knight, and A. J. Styles appeared on “The SmackDown LowDown” this past week. You can watch the episode by clicking here.
Natalya reflected on meeting Abdullah the Butcher during WrestleMania week: “Had the honor to finally meet Abdullah ‘The Butcher’ who worked for my grandfather’s wrestling promotion, Stampede Wrestling. Abby (as Stu called him), helped contribute so much to my grandfather’s promotion. It was great to be able to say thank you to him and tell him how much my grandfather Stu loved him!”
On his latest “Grilling JR” podcast, Jim Ross said that he reached out to Cody Rhodes after he won the Undisputed WWE Title to congratulate him. “I sent him a text on Monday morning, I let things settle down,” Ross said. “He got back to me on Tuesday.” The AEW commentator continued, “I just said…you know, I’m proud of you, be the leader that WWE needs. I love you.” Ross said that Cody responded with a text writing, “I did it cowboy,” revealing that’s what he used to call him when they worked together because of his cowboy hat. JR was one of AEW’s first hires when Cody was an Executive Vice President for the company back in 2019.
