Bill Goldberg was interviewed on the Joe McDonnell radio show in Los Angeles on September 10th. When asked about using steroids, Goldberg said, "I'm gonna have to take the Fifth on that, which will probably answer your question." Goldberg, an avid animal lover, also said that he wanted to kill Michael Vick.

In addition to TNA's current knockouts, Ms. Brooks, Gail Kim, Jacqueline Moore, Christy Hemme, and Roxy Laveaux (Nikki Roxx), TNA will be bringing in Shelly Martinez (formerly Ariel in ECW), Talia Madison, The Amazing Kong, former WWE developmental diva Angel Williams, and former NWA Universal ladies wrestler and current Ohio Valley Wrestling ladies wrestler ODB for the October 14th Women's Gauntlet Match at their "Bound for Glory" pay-per-view event.

There has been talk of Kevin Nash returning to the ring. Apparently Vince Russo is in favor of Dr. Nash's return to action, but booker Dutch Mantel isn't on board.

Ric Flair now has his own finance company and website: RicFlairFinance.com. This could be considered an odd move, given Flair's financial history. SI.com has a photo of Triple H & Ric Flair, noting Flair's new Ric Flair Finance company.

The Naturals (Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens) currently hold the Georgeia based Great Championship Wrestling Tag Team Titles and the Puerto Rico based International Wrestling Alliance Tag Team Titles. GCW annoucned a few weeks back that The Naturals would be defending the titles against Bad Company on September 29th at their "Fred Ward Memorial" event in Phenix City, AL. IWA announced that The Naturals would be defending their titles against Ricky Vega & Shane in Caugas. Truth be told, The Naturals will probably work the IWA show as they are also scheduled for IWA's event the night before in Barranquitas.

There was a story on a Southwest Illinois Championship Wrestling show in East Carondelet, which features a photo of a fan whose entire back is tattooed up as a tribute to Bruiser Brody saying "Gone but not forgotten" at www.BND.com/news/spiers/story/131078.html. The show was a tribute to Brody with Barbara Goodish, Larry Matysik and Mickey Garagiola appearing, as well as former area indie star Ron Powers.

Dennis Condrey & The Midnight Express pulled out of Wrestle Fest in San Jose, CA. In a statement on the NWA Legends board, Dennis Condrey posted "We have pulled out of this show, and many more of the guys have pulled out!!! We were promised airline ticket by Aug 15,and we seemed to not be able to get them. There has been too many things going on with this show and the promoter, we thought it would be better if we backed out. We did not want the aggrivation any longer. We were booked for him several months ago, and things are just not kosher with him!! We are going to take another booking that weekend. If you buy a ticket be careful!!!"

The G-4 TV show "Code Monkeys" had an episode Wednesday night called "Wrassle Mania" where the characters at the game show development company try to do pro wrestling. However, none could. The show brought in lookalikes for Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Sgt. Slaughter and Andre the Giant.

The Russellville, AR Courier-News has a story in Friday's paper about a show on October 6th at the Hughes Center in the city that will honor Danny Hodge. Mayor Tyrone Williamson will present Hodge with a key to the city.

Brian Blair's lawsuit against a Tampa area Johnny Carino's that was settled made news of the weird at NewsOfTheWeird.com.
