NEWS
The next WWE 24 special on the WWE Network will air this coming Monday, November 13th, immediately following Monday Night RAW. "WWE 24: Goldberg" will take a look at the former WCW, World, and Universal Champion’s return to the company after a 12-year absence from the wrestling industry. Goldberg returned to WWE in October and then defeated Brock Lesnar at the "Survivor Series". Following an appearance at the Royal Rumble, he defeated Kevin Owens at "Fastlane" to become the new WWE Universal champion. He lost the title to Brock Lesnar at "WrestleMania". The former champ has not shut down the door on another return in the future.

WWE announced on Thursday that Bayley, Mickie James, and Dana Brooke will face off in a Triple Threat Match on Monday’s episode of RAW to decide the final member of the show’s women’s team for Survivor Series. The storyline last week was that Alicia Fox didn’t pick Bayley for the team, which consists of Fox, Nia Jax, Asuka, & Sasha Banks. They’re currently scheduled to take on Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Naomi, Carmella, & Tamina at the PPV.

It was a phenomenal "SmackDown" in Manchester, England for A. J. Styles as one of the most popular superstars in the WWE today got his hands on the WWE Title for the second time in his still- short, but eventful WWE career. WWE titles rarely swap hands on international tours, yet this week, two titles change hands when you also add the RAW Tag Team Titles. However, the big prize, the WWE Title, has never changed hands outside North America and while the title did change hands occasionally on RAW and SmackDown, it was the first time that such a change occurred across the Atlantic. Styles used the Phenomenal Forearm to pin Jinder Mahal clean as the fans in Manchester went absolutely banana, still in disbelief that the title swapped hands. “The Phenomenal One is going beast hunting,” Corey Graves exclaimed. Indeed he is. With the second title change in a week, the "Survivor Series" card took a different shape as now it will be Styles who will take on Brock Lesnar in a Champion vs. Champion Non-Title Match. It’s one of those dream matches that we have never seen before, now a match that will take place on the WWE Network at the "Survivor Series".

A. J. Styles thanked the fans in the United Kingdom for how they treated him Tuesday night and throughout his career. He wrote "Judging by the reaction in Manchester last night after winning the WWE Championship you’d think I was from the UK. Truth is, I’ve spent a lot of time in this part of the world and they have always treated me as one of their own. Thank you”.

WWE’s video clip of A. J. Styles winning the WWE Championship has over two million views on YouTube, which is a strong number. The You Tube video can be see by clicking here.

While on WWE’s European tour, A. J. Styles cut a promo on Brock Lesnar and compared their matchup to David vs. Goliath. You can see the post by clicking here.

Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal wrote on Instagram that the things he keeps hearing online only motivate him to get better, clarifying that he’s fine following his loss to A. J. Styles last night. “To my haters and wrestling ‘insiders’, this was NOT an experiment, I am NOT injured, I have NOT violated the Wellness Policy. So keep throwing shade my way, it only motivates me,” Mahal wrote. Many have speculated that the sudden title change was a result of either an injury or a drug test failure. Turning his attention to Styles, Mahal said that Styles was the “better man for one night.” He said that for six months he held the WWE title, defended it countless times all over the world and one day he will raise the title again.

Jinder Mahal may not go to India as the WWE champion next month but he already has a big opponent lined up for December 9th in the form of Triple H. Triple H uploaded a video on his Twitter saying that on his recent trip to Mumbai, he was asked multiple times if he would consider wrestling on the tour. “I’ve decided India, that if you want it bad enough, I will. Reply here, let me here your voice and if it’s loud enough, then I will return to New Delhi on December 9.” He said he will step in not just against anybody, but it will be for “the biggest match in India’s history.” The Game then laid down the challenge for the Modern Day Maharaja versus The Cerebral Assassin.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are doing a series of “Ringside” talk shows next year.

ESPN has the full video of their Ric Flair 30 for 30 available to watch online for those with cable subscriptions. ESPN will also be replaying the documentary on November 19th at 10pm Eastern (9pm Central).

ESPN’s 30 for 30 podcast series has an episode about the Ric Flair documentary that includes an additional conversation with Flair himself and Rory Karpf, the director of the documentary.

The Ric Flair ESPN 30 for 30: Nature Boy documentary did a total of 1,831,000 viewers. The show was #1 in the top 50 cable chart among the 18-49 demographic with a 0.91 rating.

The Rock denied that he turned down the opportunity to appear in ESPN’s Ric Flair 30 for 30.

In a new interview this week from his home in Las Vegas, NV Jake "The Snake" Roberts reveals to Chris Yandek of CYInterview.com how his life is today living in Sin City, how his first book is almost completely done, and how he tried to help Ric Flair with his sobriety among other topics. Speaking about trying to help Flair after his health scare earlier this year, Jake said “I even tried to help Mr. Flair and I hope Ric can do it. He’s sure going at it with the wrong attitude. He thinks he snapped his fingers, that he can just beat it. There’s a lot more to it. He’s in the hospital and he’s made that decision to quit drinking. My God, I made that decision a million times and he thinks that’s all there is to it. There’s a lot more to it because you know why he’s in that hospital. That disease we call alcoholism is outside doing pushups getting ready for him to come out of the hospital. You’re in a guarded position in the hospital. You know, there’s not a lot of alcohol around.”

A recent photo of Jeff Jarrett was posted by his wife Karen. The photo is of Jeff at an undisclosed rehab facility, and is the first public photo of Jeff since he was admitted at the facility after he showed up drunk at an independent wrestling event in Canada late last month. Sitting outside and kissing him on the cheek, Karen wrote “I missed you so much, love you big sunshine” in the Instagram post. The photo was taken by Kyra Marie Angle, the daughter of Karen and Kurt Angle. It was Karen who reached out to WWE to help her husband and the company, through their Wellness Program, sponsored Jeff’s rehab stay. WWE has a program where all past and current performers can check into a WWE-sponsored rehab facility with all expenses paid by the company. The relationship between Jeff and WWE has been pretty much non-existent since Jeff held the company “hostage” for a large sum of money in 1999. Jarrett has been fired from his Impact Wrestling duties and the agreement between Anthem and Global Force Wrestling was also dissolved.

Madison Rayne will be wrestling Deonna Purrazzo in a Women of Honor match at Ring of Honor's "Survival of the Fittest" show in Oklahoma City on November 19th. Rayne also appeared on last week’s Impact tapings in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
