Other Facts: -Fritz and Waldo were billed as brothers. According to some sources, they were distantly related through marriage (Waldo was a distant cousin of Fritz's wife, Doris), but that cannot be confirmed or denied at this time.
-Fritz is the father of Kevin, David, Kerry, Mike, & Chris
-Waldo was billed as the father of Lance but neither were actually related
-Lacey and Hollie are the daughters of Kerry
-Marshall and Ross are the sons of Kevin
-Others have used the Von Erich name and claimed to be family members but were not such as pro wrestlers Karl Von Erich, Mark Von Erich, Kayden Von Erich, and Karen Von Erich, and MMA fighter Layn Von Erich. There have also been musical bands that used the name such as The Dead Von Erichs and The Von Erich Suicide Mission. The only the only non-family member who has used the Von Erich name with Kevin's blessing is Jaret Reddick, lead singer for Bowling for Soup, who has been credited as Jaret Von Erich on some of the band's CDs.

-In 2023, a movie, "The Iron Claw" was released, detailing aspects of the lives of the Fritz, Kevin, David, Kerry and Mike. Chris was omitted completely from the film.
