-Was a police officer for over 10 years. Along the way won several Tough Man contests. Just 18 months after having a heart attack he fought his way to 10th in the Worlds Toughest Police and Firefighter contest.
-Was discovered by Killer Kowalski doing feats of strength demonstration for Muscular Dystrophy, including holding a car on his stomach and ripping license plate in two.
-Promised Gene LeBelle (at age 19) that if he was not financially set in wrestling by age 27 he would retire. On that day Sean O'Reilly was working for WCCW in Pasadena, TX. Bruiser Brody announced Mike Von Erich had commited suicide. O'Reilly retired that night.
-Now working as an actor using his real name William DeCoff.
