Other Facts: -Not to be confused with the Jerry Brown that wrestled as 1/2 of The New Legacy in NWA Oklahoma in September 2004 and regularly wrestles in Texas.
-Competed for a time as The Convict, not to be confused with the wrestler of the same name that competed in IZW
-Sometimes billed from Charlotte, NC
-Dropped out of high school in the 9th grade after only completing 3 days.
-Was Brad Armstrong's first opponent
-Fired by Bill Watts because he became unreliable due to his dependency on drugs and alcohol. According to a frequent rumour, Brown continuously threatened Watts with physical violence and even mailed him a clock to show how easy it was to send a bomb in the mail. After calling police several times and getting no results (because Brown had no weapon on him when they arrived), Watts took the law into hands. After an incident when bullets came flying in to the Watts' home, narrowly missing his daughter, the next time Brown came to Watts' house, Watts shoved a shotgun down his mouth and threatened to pull the trigger!
-Appeared in the movie "The Wrestling Queen" in 1975
-Reportedly resided in Tulsa for a time towards the end of his life
-Passed away September 15, 2020 from heart failure at the age of 83.
