-Known as The Bolos when they worked in Jim Crockett Promotions because Assassin # 2 had established himself under that name prior to tagging with Assassin # 1. Under this name, they established attendance records in Raleigh & Dorton, NC that still exist today.
-Changed their name to the Assassins after the assassination of President Kennedy.
-After Assassin # 1 retired, Assassin # 2 teamed with 3 other men who used the Assassin name at various times to continue the Assassin name into the 1980s.
-Inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum in 2013
