-Involved in what many people consider the first WWF Screwjob. Richter was in a salary dispute and was WWF World Women's Champion at the time. Officials were concerned that she was going to walk away with the belt, so The Fabulous Moolah disguised herself as Spider Lady and was sent in to a match with her because she was the only person who they felt could legitimately pin Richter. Richter was told that she would win the match and retain the title, but Moolah ended up cradling and kept pinning Richter, then unmasked herself. Richter left the WWF after that and never returned to compete.
