Other Facts: -The Scufflin' Hillbillies were actually two different teams that mixed and matched members. The "originals" were Rip Collins & Chuck Conley. The 2nd version was Cousin Willie & Cousin Slim managed by Cousin Alfred.
-Sometimes they would have original members Rip Collins or Chuck Conley team with Cousin Slim or Cousin Willie.
-Took their name from a Kentucky folkgame called 'scufflin for pigs'. The game involved some ten to 15 men on their hands and knees in a ten to 15 foot circle with the object being to knock everybody but yourself out of the ring. Conley & Collins claimed to be scufflin champions in West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
