  8. Princess Brittani was stripped of the title by UWE President Dale Robinson for violating UWE Bylaws on May 19, 2012. Walker won the 2012 Sooner Stampede to claim the vacant title.

  12. Stopp won the title in a tag team match in which he teamed with UWE Champion Fuel to defeat Anarchy [2nd] & Zakk Sinizter. Because Stopp got the pinfall for the victory, he won the title.
  13. After Stopp won the title in the above mentioned tag team match, Zakk Sinizter was about to sign his Anytime Anywhere Contract when Anarchy took it from him, signed it, then defeated Stopp for the title.

  17. Anarchy [2nd] def. Fayden for the title in a 30-minute Iron Man Match, 3-2.
  18. Gallows def. Royal for the title in a No DQ/No Countout Match
  19. Fuel def. Royal for the title in a Ladder Match
  20. Cross def. Royal in a No Holds Barred match
  21. Fuel def. James for the title in the 2nd fall of a 2-Fall/Fatal 4-Way Match that also involved K. J. Everly & The Canadian Red Devil
  22. Cruze def. Fuel for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also included Samedi and Anarchy [2nd]
  23. Smooth def. Cruze for the title in a No DQ Match.
  24. Smooth was forced to vacate the title on January 25, 2022. Anarchy [2nd] won the Lethal Lottery Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  25. Wesley Crane was unable to defend the title due to a concussion. Koko won the 2022 Sooner Stampede Match for the vacant title
